Daily Expectations for a Sales Consultant
Daily Tasks
- Arrive on time (before 9am)
- Check in with Sales Desk, BDC, and Office
- Show up to morning meeting prepared (8:55)
- Walk your inventory
- Clear your work plan
- Confirm your next day’s appointments
- Check out with Sales Desk, BDC, and Office
When Delivering a Vehicle
- BE PRESENT and look presentable
- Be Prepared (Car gassed and cleaned properly before apt. shows)
- Go through Books / Vehicle Properly
- Tour the Service Drive
o Download App
o Schedule first Appointment
- Stock in trade in and move across the street
- Follow through with any “Promises” or “WE OWES”
When you have downtime
- Prospect
- Help maintain a clean and organized lot
- Continue your automotive education / Train
- Confirm the next day’s apts.
- Ask manager what to do next
Salary : $55,000 - $120,000
