We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can make an immediate impact. This role is flexible based on your experience — whether you're a strong desk manager, a floor leader, or someone who excels in process and coaching, we’re open to the right fit.

Key Responsibilities (based on skillset):

• Desk deals and support finance workflow
• Lead the sales floor and manage the sales process
• Drive new car sales initiatives
• Coach and hold the team accountable to CRM follow-up and process
• Collaborate closely with the existing management team

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive sales management experience preferred, but we will consider high-performing sales professionals who are ready to step into leadership and have demonstrated accountability, initiative, and team influence

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Experience in one or more of the following: desking, floor leadership, training, or process execution
  
  
  

Bonus if you have:

• Hyundai or import experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
