Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an attorney for our Bethlehem, PA office. The Attorney will be responsible for managing commercial litigation cases for national companies.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Drafting pleadings
- Court appearances
- Depositions
- Trials
- Providing legal advice
- Conducting legal research
- Negotiating settlements
- Active collaboration with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- (A plus but not required)- Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of West Virginia
- Ability to provide sound Legal Advice and conduct thorough Research
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the state bar association
- Experience in collection law is a plus
