Pastry Cook, seasonal 5-6 months with potential for Full-Time
minimum 2 years restaurant experience in gourmet, casual fine dining, scratch kitchens and/or bakeries, and a degree in Pastry & Baking*

Wages start at $21.00 per hour tips

As a Pastry Cook at Amaterra, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-quality restaurant and events operation while joining a talented culinary team to help create a spectacular dining experience for our guests. Your commitment to delivering the highest quality of food, product standards, sanitation, and safety will ensure that every person's dining experience is extraordinary, every time. The main responsibilities of this role include prep and execution of plated desserts for the Restaurant as well as assisting in building platters or plated desserts for small-large events and large batch pastry production as needed. Must be able to work some mornings and some nights.
