The role
As our Influencer & Talent Scout you’ll be a key role in our Marketing team and a success maker for our Organic Social Media & Paid Influencer Strategy.
Your role will be to scale our talent base for our Influencer program but also to recruit talents for our viral singles hot takes Social Media Serie.
Find the viral emerging profiles, get attention from the key NYC influencers that matters and book perfect candidates, it’s an hands on but super rewarding position that could other tremendous growth opportunities, potentially evolving in a Senior Influencer manager position.
Key responsabilities
- Scout & Outreach: Research, identify, and reach out to potential candidates for our social show (DM outbound, inbound, and creative comment outreach).
- Influencer Recruiting: Search, qualify, and contact influencers who fit our brand voice and audience.
- Pipeline Management: Track outreach and responses, keeping our talent pipeline organized and up to date.
- Call Coordination: Book and schedule calls for our CMO and Head of Content with candidates and influencers.
- Strategy Support: Help scale our influencer strategy by spotting new opportunities and suggesting creative outreach angles.
Who you are
- Passionate about social media, influencers, and the creator economy
- A natural connector who enjoys reaching out to people and starting conversations.
- Organized and detail-oriented — you can manage multiple outreach threads at once without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable with DM outreach and not afraid of volume (this role is hands-on).
- Proactive, resourceful, and excited to help build something from the ground up.
