Job Title: General Laborer (Temporary – 2 Weeks)
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable general labor workers to assist with debris cleanup around the LF area. This is a temporary position for approximately two weeks, with the possibility of extension based on weather conditions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, the employee will perform general manual labor tasks, including but not limited to:
- Picking up and removing debris
- Lifting and moving materials
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Digging and refilling holes
- Mowing grass, trimming, and basic equipment operation
- Assisting with various labor tasks as assigned
Other minor duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or GED; 0–4 years of relevant experience
- Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; 0–4 years of relevant experience
Certificates/Licenses:
- None required
Skills & Abilities:
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
- Must be able to follow instructions and work safely
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Frequent outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Exposure to dirt, noise, odors, and weather extremes
- Occasional exposure to occupational hazards (cuts, burns, chemicals, etc.)
- Regular physical activity, including lifting objects under 30 lbs
- Manual labor setting
Additional Requirements
- Steel-toe boots required
- Must dress appropriately for weather conditions
- Reliable attendance is a must
