Job Summary
Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision to support site operations, maintenance, and daily workload requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
- Perform general labor tasks, including but not limited to:
- Lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Digging and refilling holes
- Assisting with setup, cleanup, and on-site operations
- Operate basic hand tools, lawn equipment, and small machinery as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements.
- Support team members with additional tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or site lead.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Required: High school diploma or GED; 0–4 years of experience in general labor or a related field.
- Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent experience; 0–4 years of relevant work history.
Certificates & Licenses
- None required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Physically capable of performing repetitive, labor-intensive tasks.
- Good communication skills and situational awareness.
