Temporary Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Temporary Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This opportunity is ideal for college students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for flexible, short-term work with excellent earning potential.
In this role, you will engage directly with homeowners in designated residential neighborhoods, promoting our trash and recycling services and helping new customers enroll. This campaign will focus exclusively on open-market residential areas and will not include HOA-restricted communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential neighborhoods
- Educate potential customers on available services, pricing, and benefits
- Enroll new residential customers on-site
- Accurately collect and submit customer information
- Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
- Provide feedback on competitor activity and local market conditions
Compensation
- $20 per hour base pay
- $20 bonus for every new household successfully enrolled
This compensation structure rewards both effort and results while providing a guaranteed hourly wage.
Schedule
- Flexible part-time hours
- Temporary/seasonal assignment
- Schedule determined based on territory needs and availability
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
