Amaryllis House of Beauty is looking for a Sales Manager who enjoys communicating with people and helping grow the salon through strong client relationships and sales.
This role focuses on client engagement and service sales. The Sales Manager will reconnect with past clients who have not returned and also speak with clients in person while they are receiving services, introducing additional treatments and service packages.
Responsibilities
- Call previous clients who have not returned and encourage them to visit the salon again
- Communicate with clients in person during their appointments to introduce additional services and packages
- Promote salon services such as manicures, pedicures, lash services, and other beauty treatments
- Build strong relationships with clients and create a welcoming experience
- Track sales results and client return statistics
- Report sales performance to management
