Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant supporting the organization and management of event décor and furnishings. This role ensures accurate tracking, efficient workflow, and readiness of materials for production and on-site installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and labeling incoming inventory and event materials.
- Track décor items, furnishings, supplies, and tools to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Aid with loading and unloading items for events and warehouse storage.
- Support preparation and packing of event materials for delivery and setup.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Communicate with warehouse and design teams to fulfill event-specific inventory needs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and update inventory systems.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
