2: At least 1-year hands-on experience with Scanning and Document Management, Engineering Support, Records Retention, and Mail Services.
3: Must have a clean record in order to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
We are looking for a full-time Administrative Functional Support 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Manufacturing Business Services Organization.
The person in this role will be supporting internal and external customers through Business Services pillars of Scanning and Document management, Mail Services, Printing, Engineering Support, Records Retention, and/or other requirements set forth to support the business needs of the organization and company.
Key Responsibilities: Scanning and Document Management: Scan documents, aperture cards, Wide Format Drawings, File Format conversions, Quality Control, Image/Edit cleanup, Post processing Delivery, Etc.
DESIRED (not required) SKILLS:
:: Prior military experience with a clean record is preferred but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities
== Provide the proper customer support information handling in the proper format with agility in accordance with proper processes and procedures under lead guidance, supervision, and training.
== Engineering Support: Research, Retrieval, Receipt, Distribution, Data Document Update, Sign Out & In, Control, Printing, Laminating, Plotting, Archive, Scan, Audit, Etc.
== Mail Services: Post Office Retrieve, Sort, Lookup, Site Route Deliveries and Pick Up, Mail Metering, Postage, Expenses, Post office Delivery, Etc.
== Records Retention: Research, Retrieval, New Box Requests, Box pick up, indexing, delivery, Returns, Records Retention Management System, Etc.
