We are rapidly growing so you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have three or more years related experience with superior customer service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Implement, operate, and support AMAROK desktops and end user devices
- Ensure security, monitoring, and management of desktop environment per current policy, process, and tools
- Provision desktops and end user devices as required according to current standards and tools
- Administer desktop systems, including licensing, upgrades and patching, inventory, and monitoring
- Provide backup administration and other infrastructure services as required
