Duties
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through door-to-door visits, community engagement, and targeted marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities
- Conduct bilingual or multilingual outreach to diverse communities, ensuring clear communication and inclusive service
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals confidently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining product benefits, and guiding clients through the sales process
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, energy sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce; familiarity with CRM management is a plus
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to building long-term relationships
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to connect with diverse client bases
- Experience in door-to-door sales or community-based marketing campaigns is preferred
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating leadership qualities in managing your territory
- Knowledge of Metal and metal components
