PRIMARY PURPOSE
Provide exceptional customer service to intended audience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education/Certification
High school diploma AND/OR equivalent OR a currently enrolled student in High School
Specific Certifications may be required for area of assignment
Special Knowledge/Skills
Must have knowledge of assignment
Must have conflict resolution skills
Technology skills preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must have in-depth knowledge and expertise for specific area of assignment
Work Conditions
Must be able to work in a variety of locations with school staff, parents and
community members.
Must be able to work flexible hours
Must maintain professional demeanor in times of stress
Must be able to do medium work effort exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally.
Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach fully above head
Possess acute and/or corrected visual and hearing capabilities
Possess good mental health in order to perform all job requirements
