Primary Purpose:
To provide collaboration and coordination in the development and delivery of quality School Services to meet the needs of Region 16 clients.

- Skilled at collecting and analyzing data (like climate surveys and diagnostics) and turning those metrics into clear action plans.
- Familiarity with Texas education frameworks and initiatives (such as EDF, ESF, HQIM, SIL,and TIL).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively to inform necessary change.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Attend mandatory training with TCSS and successfully complete the required Certified Technical Assistance Provider Course.
- Deliver comprehensive training and targeted technical assistance (TA) on SSF components.
- Demonstrate responsiveness to evolving campus needs by adjusting plans, resources, and support strategies to ensure effective and timely service delivery.
- Deliver technical assistance and targeted training to support effective administration, data analysis, and continuous improvement planning aligned to SSF data collection points.
- Deliver other professional development and technical assistance sessions as needed to meet campus and system needs.
- Support school systems in understanding, designing, and implementing integrated systems change. Utilize data and stakeholder input to diagnose problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and establish internal accountability cadences.
- Attend TCSS Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
- Provide ongoing mentoring to campus leaders.
- Gather necessary data and documentation to support the fidelity of SSF implementation.
- Facilitate campus-level data discussions to interpret SSF metrics and drive actionable changes aligned with the Student Success Framework.
- Ensure quality completion, tracking, data collection, and timely submission of project metrics.
- Align school system strategic goals, activities, and priorities with the TEA and Education Service Center (ESC) ecosystem of support.
- Work collaboratively with other components, divisions, and Education Service Centers to strengthen the region- wide delivery system.
- Collaboration: Manage, support, and/or collaborate directly with TEA, ESC, and school system staff to develop and disseminate effective resources, products, and materials that are intentionally designed to support school systems to understand, design, and implement effective systems level change.
- Coordinate or provide school systems leadership learning opportunities through targeted professional development, implementation support, coaching related to SSF, and ongoing connection and integration of Texas Strategic Leadership (TSL), Effective Schools Framework (ESF), Effective Districts Framework (EDF), High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM), Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL), any other TEA initiatives, and resources/services provided by the ESC.
- Serve as an active, contributing member of the Tiered Services Team, collaborating across departments to align regional resources and ensure a unified approach to distinct support
- Travels as a part of job responsibilities.
- Maintains a functioning cell phone and is accessible through this phone as deemed appropriate by the service area director. A functioning cell phone means that it is charged, activated, messages checked, and mailbox emptied regularly.
- Reports for work ready to perform responsibilities.
- Performs duties that directly and/or indirectly impact student performance in Region 16.
- Maintains a professional level of confidentiality regarding all ESC matters.
- Supports the mission, goals, and objectives of the ESC strategic plan.

- Meets proficiency levels of required technology skills as outlined by the supervisor.
