About the Role
Amarel US is seeking a driven, full-cycle Account Executive with 3–5 years of B2B SaaS experience to own the entire sales process for our next-generation Enterprise CCMS and AI-powered knowledge platform. You will be responsible for everything from cold outreach to signed contract. This is a hunter role built for someone equally comfortable picking up the phone and closing a complex deal.
You need to be completely comfortable building your own pipeline from scratch and navigating multi-stakeholder deals to the finish line.
What You'll Do
1. Identify & Prospect
- Research and target the right decision-makers using different tools.
- Build and manage your own pipeline from scratch - no leads handed to you.
- Represent Amarel at industry events and conferences to drive market awareness.
2. Connect & Outreach
- Execute a structured, multi-channel outreach sequence across email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Reference each prospect’s specific organization, business objectives, and workflow challenges to earn the conversation.
- Engage prospects by positioning introductory calls and tailored demonstrations
3. Qualify
- Run 20-minute discovery calls using targeted qualification frameworks to assess pain points, current tech stack, and decision-making processes.
- Book deep-dive demos only with qualified prospects.
4. Demo
- Lead the end-to-end sales conversation.
- Coordinate with internal technical support teams and the Tech Lead, who prepares and presents a live demo using the prospect’s own content.
- Facilitate a 45-minute demo and Q&A session.
5. Propose & Close
- Develop and present comprehensive, tiered proposals aligned with the prospect's requirements.
- Navigate enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal workflows.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM throughout the entire lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Requirements:
- Completed bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or technical solutions sales experience. Experience in manufacturing, defense, transit, or regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with deal sizes in the $20K–$100K range and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Strong consultative selling and listening skills - you ask great questions and understand business operations before you pitch
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and CRM-disciplined; able to manage multiple projects and deals at different stages simultaneously without a support team handing you leads.
