Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer, located in Washington, DC. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing architectural designs, creating construction drawings, and contributing to urban planning projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, translating client requirements into designs, and working on detailed drawing development. The role also involves ensuring that all designs align with regulatory standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Strong skills in creating detailed Construction Drawings and technical Drawing
- Experience with Urban Planning and interdisciplinary project collaboration
- Proficiency with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
