Duties
- Assist Project Manager in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Web PM software and Microsoft Office. Training for Web PM software available.
- Review project products, submittals, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve issues promptly, manage change orders, and support contract administration.
- After training remote work is possible.
Skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
- Some knowledge of contracts, project management principles, and construction site coordination practices is helpful.
