What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Foreman/ Lead Installer position at Amano McGann, Inc?
The Project Foreman/Lead Installer is responsible for managing the logistical duties of a project by implementing and maintaining AMI’s system of accounting, management procedures and adhering to the Project Management SOP. Use these procedures to assist branch management to maximize revenues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Expected to perform job duties in a manner that creates a harmonious working environment through open communication and involvement with all branch and corporate staff. Project Foreman will work directly with General Manager, Operations Manager and /or Project Manager to re-enforce Amano’s corporate goals and mission statement.
Key Responsibilities
• Adhere to Project Management SOP
• Report project progress to superiors
• Develop a work schedule for workers
• Supervise all construction workers
• Be the liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Solve disputes between workers
• Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
• Assign tasks to construction workers
• Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
• Control and maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory
• Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Operation Manager and/or Project Manager
• All Other duties as assigned
