In-Home Personal Care Provider
Position Summary
The In-Home Personal Care Provider delivers compassionate assistance to individuals in their homes. This role supports clients with daily living activities, promotes independence, and ensures a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical or emotional condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with medication
- Support errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and transportation to appointments (in the client’s wheel chair mini van)
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and client status
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous caregiving or personal care experience preferred
- Certification (CNA, HHA, or PCA) preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $16 - 18 per hour
