Monday: 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Wednesday (double shift): 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, break from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Thursday: 10:30 am to 4:00 pm
Friday (double shift): 10:30 am to 2:00 pm, break from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Saturday (every other): 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
The pay range for the first full year of employment is $19-$22/hour.
The pay range after the first full year of employment is $22-28/hour.

Job Overview:
Amanda's Airbrush Tanning, LLC is a small business in Rochester, MI. Our goal is to provide the best spray tans in Michigan! We nurture our client relationships, bond with our team members, and educate about safe sunning! Meaning, spray tans only, SPF always, and regular skin cancer screenings!
Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, coachable, motivated, reliable, and possesses a desire to help the company grow.
This position is an assistant position for the first 30-90 days. AAT Technique spray tan training will take place following the completion of the assistant portion of the position. We provide all training; no spray tanning experience necessary.
We hope this position evolves into a managerial role within the first 12 months of employment, so a willingness to lead is important.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns
-Providing consultations to new guests
- Perform spray tans according to your training from AAT
- Sanitize and maintain workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Educate clients on the spray tan process, prep, and aftercare
- Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance the client experience and increase sales
Skills:
- Attention to detail

- Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional service and address client needs
- Cosmetology knowledge and expertise valuable, but not required
- Ability to sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment according to industry standards
- Sales skills to upsell salon services and retail products
