Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery, including stamping presses and Fanuc logic controllers, to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools and tooling to assemble components and make necessary adjustments to machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections using micrometers and other measuring tools to ensure product quality meets specifications.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a factory or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, tooling, and measuring instruments such as micrometers is essential.
- Familiarity with Fanuc logic controllers and stamping press operations is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
