Amanda Howard Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Operations & Communications Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of one of North Alabama’s leading luxury real estate brokerages.

The right person is resourceful, emotionally steady, operationally minded, and capable of managing projects, people, systems, and communication with professionalism and confidence.
This is not a front desk or entry-level social media role. This position plays a key part in helping our brokerage operate smoothly behind the scenes while supporting leadership, onboarding, internal communication, operational execution, and brand coordination.
Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 yearly based on experience
