What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver Recruiting and Outreach Specialist position at AmanaCare?
Build a caregiving team that makes a difference!
Are you passionate about connecting people to meaningful work that changes lives? Do you thrive in a role where you can work independently, meet goals, and be part of something bigger than yourself? If so, AmanaCare would love to meet you.
Who We Are
AmanaCare is a faith-based, non-medical home care company dedicated to serving the aged and disabled across Nebraska. Our mission is rooted in dignity, respect, and compassion, and we’re growing fast. That’s why we’re looking for a Recruiting Specialist in the Kearney area who is driven to find and inspire the caregivers who make our work possible.
About The Role
As our local Recruiting Specialist, you’ll be the face of AmanaCare’s hiring efforts: connecting with potential caregivers, sharing our mission, and guiding them through the hiring journey. You'll also attend and host hiring events and promote caregiving careers throughout Central Nebraska, both through social media and public engagement. You’ll help us build a strong, compassionate caregiving team that provides exceptional support to the people who rely on us.
What You'll Do
The word Amana means “faithfulness, loyalty, constancy, devotion, integrity, trust.” It also means “support, confirmation; a guardian; a nurse.” At AmanaCare, our goal is to confirm the God-given value of our clients and to support them through their unique circumstances. By providing constant, reliable care tailored to each person, we seek to be the guardian and nurse that they and their loved ones can trust.
AmanaCare is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to hiring based on real merit, and we will not exclude, deny benefits to, or otherwise discriminate against anyone based on race, color, nationality, sex, gender, disability, religion, or age. If you are a caring, compassionate, and dependable human being, please let us talk with you.
