Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join the IT team at Aman at Sea. Reporting to the Senior Director, Shoreside Systems, this pivotal role supports our reservation platform, customer relationship management (CRM) system, and website. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance—as well as with external technology partners, to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs and system requirements.
• Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications, use cases, workflows, and user stories.
• Act as the liaison between business teams and development/IT teams for system updates and changes.
• Support the content management system (CMS) and ensure an optimized user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Analyse system architecture and recommend improvements to workflows, integrations, and data management.
• Collaborate on integrations between website, CRM, CRS, analytics platforms, and third-party systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, supporting project timelines, deliverables, and communication.
• Conduct impact analysis and manage change activities related to website and system enhancements.
• Develop and execute test cases, validate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure successful deployment of system updates.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for business users on new tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with digital platforms and enterprise systems.
• Proven expertise in CMS platforms, user journey optimization, and enterprise systems integration.
• A strong understanding of website architecture, CMS, and CRS systems.
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucid, and Figma, alongside the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting digital system lifecycles.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of cruise, travel, or luxury hospitality terminology and industry practices.
