AMAH seeks experienced, motivated, skilled housekeepers and cleaning technicians to work within our restructured residential cleaning rotation. We are growing extremely fast and trying to ensure our clients get high-quality cleaning. Our cleaners are making anywhere from $20-$35/hr depending on the cleaning's efficiency and extent. You can choose your hours.
Duties
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Use specialized cleaning equipment, such as carpet cleaner or vaccums.
- Launder linens, towels, and other textiles
- Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is in working order
- Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, including door handles and light switches
- Clean and organize storage areas and closets
- Manage and maintain cleaning schedules and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
- Conduct floor care, including carpet cleaning and polishing
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in residential or commercial cleaning, including housekeeping management.
- Knowledge of various cleaning methods and techniques
- Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning standards
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certification in custodial or a related field is an asset
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain a professional image.
Note: This position does not involve carpet cleaning or housekeeping management. It is primarily focused on general house cleaning duties. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping may be beneficial.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
