Business Development Representative
Amagi is a next-generation media technology company that provides unified cloud workflows for TV and OTT. We help content owners create, distribute, and monetize live linear channels across traditional cable, OTT, and free ad-supported streaming TV (FAST) platforms. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in New York City. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for driving pipeline and creating new business opportunities for our sales team.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential Amagi customers based on our ICPs and buyer personas
- Engage prospects with hyper-personalized outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media interactions to initiate conversations and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Convert conversations into meaningful, high-value sales opportunities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and champions in target accounts
- Use Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, and LinkedIn to maintain a high level of prospecting and outreach activities
- Develop a deep understanding of the media landscape and Amagi's fit in the marketplace
- Achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to drive results in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be curious and passionate about solving problems with creativity and tenacity
- Eager to establish a career in SaaS sales
- Knowledge of the media and entertainment industry is preferred
