Responsibilities

Standard duties: Review and priorities daily work order requests.
Prepare rooms for resident move-ins/move-outs. Assist staff as needed. - Repair and maintenance: Respond to service requests to diagnose and fix broken or faulty equipment, machinery, and building systems. Third-party contractors for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues.
- Preventative maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on systems and equipment to prevent failures and minimize downtime.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate Monthly & Daily maintenance logs, including all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and the time taken.
- Safety and compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA and State safety regulations and building codes.
- Building upkeep: Perform general maintenance on building structures, which may include painting, minor carpentry, and groundskeeping.
- Parts and supply management: Procure and manage necessary parts and supplies for repairs.
