Storage Facility Maintenance Tech

Looking for a part-time Maintenance Tech for our RV & Self Storage Facility in Amado, Arizona
Tech's monthly hours will be approx. 80hrs, 20 hrs per week, 4 hours per day, 5 days a week. Schedule can be flexible but quality of work can't be!

Tech's starting income will be $18-$20.00 per hour

The Tech's general duties description will be everything needed for the facility maintenance/up keep. Such as but not limited to: landscaping, spraying weeds, trimming tress/bushes, garbage pickup, spraying parking lot stripes, general painting, cleaning out storage units when renters move out so they are clean and ready for the next renter, cleaning bugs out of light fixtures, changing light bulbs, hanging signs/banners, and so on...... A (medium) on a physicality scale, just need someone with some construction/Handyman?landscaping skills/experience.

Looking for a self motivated, good attitude individual!

You will on occasion interact with facility clients, so you must be a respectable and presentable person. Meaning looking respectable!

We will provide necessary tools and equipment.
Candidate is required to pass a criminal background check.
Candidates must be willing to commit to a one year contract, renewable annually.
Candidate will be required to provide personal/professional references.
Candidates should be aware that Amado, AZ is a desert climate with temperatures topping 110 degrees in the summer.
Maintenance Tech will also assist in the new expansion of the facility parking lot & Building construction. (Help schedule and quality check sub contractors)

You will also on occasion fill in in the office, taking calls, renting units to customers, showing customers to their spaces, inputing customers info into facility software and such.
