What You'll Do
Every day is an opportunity to improve someone's quality of life by providing compassionate, one-on-one care in the comfort of their home.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Laundry and household organization
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Mobility assistance and fall prevention
- Supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia
- Documenting care provided and communicating changes in client condition
- Delivering exceptional service with dignity, patience, and compassion
What Makes You a Great Fit
We're looking for caregivers who lead with both their heart and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
- Experience with seniors or individuals living with dementia is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow
