This position joins a team of senior care professionals dedicated to providing the best possible services to adults, seniors and individuals with disabilities needing assistance to remain safely in their home for as long as possible. This position plays a vital role in the selection and engagement of A-Level Caregiver talent to assist our clients. Job Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, perform phone screenings and conduct face-to-face interviews
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Perform background and reference checks
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Conduct orientation classes with new hires 1-2 times per week
- Coordinate with Schedulers and provide all new hire information and availability
- Conduct caregiver trainings
- Responsible for Caregiver Retention and Recognition through acknowledgement and incentive programs
Successful applicants should meet these requirements:
- Have a high school diploma
- 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Solid understanding of (state specific) employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
