Duties
- Promote / Market company services to existing referral sources and potential clients.
- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to educate them on our services and sign them up to be clients
- This position will market to new and established referral sources and effectively design and execute a 10-day call cycle within a specified geographical area.
- Submit weekly KPI report and log all calls into CRM daily.
- Daily follow-up on all active and pending inquires.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the senior care space and attend community-based events
- Conduct all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the company.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with various people and organizations.
- Support AMADA’s Mission Statement and Core Values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in sales / marketing or related business field.
- 2-5 years of outside sales experience in health care industry strongly preferred.
- A proven track record of relationship-based selling, account management and goal achievement.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in written form.
- Has initiative to work independently. Is self-confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented. Has a competitive spirit!
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, as admission and community responsibilities may dictate.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, a dependable and insured automobile and a clean DMV record.
