Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Care Provider, located in Folsom, CA. The Home Care Provider will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship. Day-to-day tasks include supporting elders with mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping as needed. This role involves building strong and empathetic relationships with clients to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications
- Experience in caregiving, personal care, and elder care
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and effective communication
- Knowledge of home care practices and the ability to assist clients with daily routines
- Patience and understanding when providing care to seniors
- High level of responsibility, professionalism, and reliability
- CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred
- Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with special needs is a plus
