AMADA's Caregivers provide:
- Provide non-medical personal assistance to clients in their homes
- Companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
- Performing light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Document care provided and communicate with the care team as needed
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
AMADA's ideal Caregiver will have:
- 2 YEARS MINIMUM of verifiable in-home care experience
- Compassion for seniors
- Dedicated to serve others
- Must work 2 weekends a month
- Ability to keep clients engaged and active
- Professional and dedicated to providing high- quality care
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid Driver License, Valid Social Security Card and/or Work Permit, Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen
- Ability to handle physical and emotional demands of the role
