Role Description
We are expanding our presence in Worcester County and looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help us build strong referral networks with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. This is a full-time hybrid role located in Worcester MA.
What You'll Do
- Generate new referral relationships through prospecting, networking, and community engagement.
- Build and maintain partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, rehab centers, and physician offices.
- Represent Amada Senior Care at local events, professional associations, and community organizations.
- Develop territory sales plans to drive referral growth in Worcester County.
- Collaborate with leadership and office staff to ensure exceptional client experience from first contact through ongoing care.
- Travel required within the Worcester County territory to meet with referral partners and prospects.
