LIVE-IN CAREGIVER — 3 -4 DAY ROTATING SCHEDULE

Schedule:
Live-in shifts, alternating on a rotating basis with a partner caregiver — schedules can range from 2 to 4 days per stretch depending on the case. You live in the client's home during your shift days, then have the remaining days off.
Requires at least 6 months of professional caregiving experience, including overnight or live-in care.

Pay & Schedule:
- $285–$325 per day, based on care level and experience
- Weekly pay and on-demand pay
- Rotating live-in schedule — typically 2-4 days at a stretch, then multiple days off — no daily commute
- Private bedroom with a door provided in the client's home
- Scheduled 8-hour overnight sleep period, plus daily personal/rest time
- Partner-based rotation — you're never the only caregiver on the case

What You'll Do
Live in the client's home during your scheduled days, providing companionship and emotional support
- Help with daily activities (ADLs)
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Transportation assistance as needed
- Coordinate handoff with your rotating partner caregiver so care never skips a beat
- Every rotation, you'll become a steady, trusted presence helping someone live safely and comfortably at home.
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable living in a client's home for multi-day stretches
- Flexible with rotation length (2-4 days), depending on client case
- Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
- Able to document time records accurately (sleep periods, personal time)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for transportation assistance duties)
- Passes background check and reference verification
