What You'll Do
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers (Hoyer lift experience is a plus).
- Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes.
- Follow individualized care plans while maintaining client dignity and privacy.
What We're Looking For
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory care is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an advantage (training opportunities available).
