Job Summary:
- Role: Home Caregiver
- Work Location: Southern Maine region
- Shift: Flexible daytime hours
- Competitive Pay: $19-$23 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting clients with personal care and daily activities
- Managing light housekeeping, meals, and laundry tasks
- Offering medication reminders and help with transportation
- Other tasks as assigned to ensure client comfort and safety
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Relevant certifications such as CNA, PSS, DSP, or nursing licenses preferred
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance
- Must meet background check and Maine employment requirements
- Certificate of completion of a Level VI ESOL
- Passion for caregiving and dedication to excellent service
- Receptiveness to feedback and ongoing development
