Our client is currently transitioning from Overlook Medical Center to a short-term rehab facility in the Watchung/Cranford area, with plans to return home shortly.
This is a high-impact case where caregiver consistency and communication with the family are critical.

Responsibilities
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting
- Mobility and fall prevention support
- Meal preparation (Spanish-speaking household)
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping & laundry
- Companionship and emotional support
- NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - REQUIRED
- Fluent Spanish & English - REQUIRED
- Live-in availability (5-7 days preferred)
- Experience with post-hospital or rehab patients strongly preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
Salary : $180 - $200
