What You’ll Do (AKA: Change Lives Daily)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Offer medication reminders
- Support mobility & transportation to appointments
- Prepare nutritious meals
- Help with shopping & errands
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Encourage independence and daily living activities
What You Bring to the Team
- Valid driver’s license, insurance & reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
- 1 year of caregiving or healthcare experience (preferred)
- Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius
- Flexibility to work with diverse clients
- A kind heart, strong work ethic, and dependable nature
