WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a caregiver serving clients in Pearland and surrounding communities, you will provide dependable, compassionate support that helps elderly clients maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing in-home companionship to elderly clients
- Providing personal hygiene assistance by helping with basic needs such as showering, bathing, toileting, and dressing
- Reminding clients to take prescribed medication
- Assisting with mobility around the home and outside the home, including doctor’s appointments and walks
- Planning and preparing meals
- Completing client shopping or accompanying clients while they successfully complete their shopping
- Performing basic housekeeping duties
- Reporting unusual incidents and responding quickly and responsibly in emergency situations
- Offering activities that support essential daily living
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, supportive, and committed to providing quality care.
Qualifications include:
- Valid driver’s license, valid auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- 2 years of caregiving experience is required
- Ability and willingness to drive within a 25-mile radius of your home address
- Ability and willingness to work with both male and female patients
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Supportive and compassionate approach to caregiving
