Key Responsibilities
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support that helps clients remain independent and engaged in their daily lives.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Planning and preparing balanced meals while providing feeding assistance when necessary
- Completing light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Providing transportation for appointments, errands, and outings as needed
- Offering companionship, encouragement, and emotional reassurance
- Supporting clients in maintaining daily routines and participating in meaningful activities
- Observing and communicating any noticeable changes in a client’s condition
Qualifications
We are looking for caregivers who are committed to providing quality care and continuing to grow as professionals.
Successful candidates will have:
- A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach to caregiving
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A minimum of two years of caregiving experience is required
