How You'll Make a Difference
You'll provide personalized care that helps seniors remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities may include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and encouraging clients to remain active and engaged throughout the day. You'll also communicate any changes in a client's condition to the care team.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking compassionate caregivers with a minimum of two years of professional healthcare or in-home caregiving experience. Applicants should be experienced with Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfers, and ambulation and have a genuine passion for helping others.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. You should also be willing to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home, be comfortable working with both male and female clients, and be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
