What You’ll Do:
- Provide companionship and meaningful connections
- Assist with daily activities and personal care
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
- Offer medication reminders and transportation support
- Other duties as assigned
What We Look For in a Certified Home Care Aide (HCA):
- 2 years of Certified Home Care Aide experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass a background check and meet WA state requirements for hiring
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- A true passion for helping others
- A commitment to excellence in care and customer service
