Amada Senior Care is looking for an outstanding Home Care Scheduler to join our growing team. This is one of the most important roles in our agency. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional care by matching them with the right caregivers and keeping our schedules running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate caregiver schedules for client shifts across the Austin area
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills, personality, availability, and client preferences
- Quickly resolve last-minute call-offs and scheduling changes
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
- Assist with new client start-of-care scheduling
- Monitor caregiver availability and proactively fill open shifts
- Maintain accurate scheduling documentation in our home care software
- Support the operations team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous scheduling or staffing experience required
- Home care, home health, hospice, healthcare staffing, or medical office experience strongly preferred
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems under pressure
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience using home care software (AxisCare, WelcomeHome, ClearCare, or similar)
- Experience coordinating caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, or healthcare staff
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
