- Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining organized office records.
- Assist with event planning and logistical support for company meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events.
- Support vendor management activities by coordinating supplies procurement, invoice processing through QuickBooks, and tracking budgets.
- Supervise administrative staff or interns when applicable, providing guidance and training to foster team development.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees, managing payroll processes, and assisting with employee records.
- Contribute to office management initiatives by streamlining processes and implementing best practices for efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles within a professional environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll processing.
- Prior experience in event planning or coordinating meetings is highly desirable.
