Caregiver Responsibilities
As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical in-home support tailored to each client’s needs.
Duties May Include:
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assistance with personal care:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Medication reminders
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Observing and reporting changes in condition
- Encouraging client independence and engagement
Qualifications
We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (not required)
- Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius
- Comfortable working with both male and female clients
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
