About the Company:
Our key Management Consulting client is looking for a new Business Analyst style candidate in state of Illinois USA. They are currently working with a Retail client to enhance their Warehouse and Transport systems capabilities and change management in a Oracle WMS & TSM Programme.
About the Role:
You will be in a Business Analyst style role currently for a Management Consulting firm, and be able to commute in a hybrid capacity into the state of Illinois (Chicago, St Louis, Indianapolis are great example locations)
This can be a Permanent or Associate hourly Contract opportunity. You must have experience in the following areas:
- Change Management / Oracle Program experience is greatly valued
- Warehouse or Transport System projects are a must
- Previously work for a Management Consulting firm or have prior consulting experience
- Requirements Gathering and developing TO-BE process flows
- Facilitate to be process mapping workshops and individual stakeholder sessions
- Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities
- Stakeholder & Client Management experience

Pay range and compensation package:
Permanent salary in the circa $100,000 - $125,000 per year range 10% yearly bonus
Contract Associate $60-$75 per hour maximum
