ICF Executive Coach
The ICF Executive Coach will provide executive and leadership coaching services supporting organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and workforce transformation initiatives for public sector and enterprise clients. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality one-on-one coaching engagements designed to strengthen leadership effectiveness, executive presence, communication, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Deliver confidential one-on-one executive coaching engagements for senior leaders and organizational stakeholders.
- Support leadership development initiatives focused on executive presence, strategic leadership, communication, influence, emotional intelligence, and organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate leadership coaching sessions aligned with organizational priorities, workforce development goals, and leadership competency models.
- Conduct intake discussions, coaching assessments, goal setting, development planning, and progress evaluations for coaching participants.
- Administer and interpret leadership assessments and development tools such as Hogan, DiSC, emotional intelligence, strengths-based, or similar assessment instruments.
- Support leadership transitions, change management initiatives, team effectiveness efforts, and organizational transformation activities.
- Collaborate with program leadership and client stakeholders to align coaching engagements with organizational development objectives.
- Provide coaching documentation, engagement summaries, action plans, and status updates while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
- Support leadership retreats, executive facilitation sessions, cohort-based leadership programs, and strategic planning engagements as needed.
- Maintain professional coaching standards and ethical practices consistent with International Coaching Federation (ICF) guidelines and industry best practices.
- Participate in program coordination meetings and contribute to continuous improvement recommendations for leadership development initiatives.
- Support concurrent coaching engagements across multiple departments, leadership levels, and organizational functions.
- Active professional coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or equivalent accredited coaching organization required.
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Leadership Studies, Human Resources, Business Administration, Counseling, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of executive coaching, leadership coaching, organizational development, or leadership consulting experience.
- Minimum of 500 documented coaching hours supporting executives, senior leaders, managers, or organizational leadership teams.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership development, organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, or change management initiatives.
- Experience administering and interpreting leadership assessments and behavioral development tools.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to establish trust, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively with executive-level personnel.
- Ability to manage multiple coaching engagements and shifting priorities within a dynamic client environment.
- Experience supporting leadership development programs for federal agencies, transit authorities, or large enterprise organizations preferred.
- Experience facilitating leadership workshops, retreats, strategic planning sessions, or organizational effectiveness initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with leadership competency frameworks, talent development strategies, and workforce capability development initiatives.
