The Opportunity
As our development pipeline continues to grow, we're looking for a Development Operations Manager to help drive the day-to-day operations behind our development and construction projects.
This is primarily an office-based role working directly alongside AM Titan's Founder & Principal and construction team. You'll help manage the processes that keep projects moving — from preconstruction and bidding through permitting, utilities, procurement, budgeting, documentation, and construction completion.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, thinks proactively, and knows how to move things forward. Someone who can understand the goal, navigate the process, and find creative solutions along the way.
What You'll Do
- Drive project activities, deadlines, and follow-up from preconstruction through completion.
- Coordinate bidding, scope comparisons, contracts, procurement, and project documentation.
- Manage permitting and utility processes with municipalities, utility providers, architects, and engineers.
- Track project budgets, committed costs, invoices, change orders, and key project milestones.
- Coordinate information and next steps across our Founder, field construction team, accounting, vendors, and project partners.
- Identify roadblocks early, research solutions, and help drive issues toward resolution.
- Maintain organized project systems, reporting, documentation, and workflows.
- Help improve the processes and systems AM Titan uses as our project pipeline continues to grow.
Who We're Looking For
We're less concerned with the exact title on your resume and more interested in finding someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, communicates well, and knows how to get things done.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- 2 years of relevant development, construction, project management, preconstruction, or operations experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience working with budgets, bids, schedules, contracts, permits, utilities, or project documentation.
- Strong communication and follow-through.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
Relevant backgrounds may include Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Development Coordinator/Manager, Preconstruction, Construction Operations, or Homebuilding Operations.
